- New 50m 8 lane external pool and internal 25m 4 lane pool with leisure pool adjoining - plus program pool, waterplay and waterslides
- Gym, Multipurpose Room, Cafe and Main Foyer/Reception
- Supporting facilities inclusive of change, offices, back of house and plant
- Structural steel roof over pool space dealt with protection from hot chemical air circulation
- Structural design was well co-ordinated with the aquatic engineer’s package
- High quality etched pre-cast panels presented challenges for hiding connections to other panels and structural steel
