Playford College Stages 1 - 4
Project Features:
- Stage 1+2 provided 2 science labs and a home economics room at ground floor and 6 GLAs at first floor
- Stage 3+4 provided Art, ICT/Media and Design technology/woodwork at ground floor and a further 6 GLAs at first floor
- Both buildings are steel framed construction with concrete first floors. The structural design allows both buildings to be structurally independent of each other whilst enabling seamless access between the two at ground and first floors
- Construction for Stage 1+2 was complete in 2021 and Stage 3+4 was complete in early 2024 with an approximate total construction cost $10M (over two project contracts)
